The ideal situations to practice are ones that are going to help you to achieve your longer-term goals.
For example, if you want to be able to show up for your friends in times of need, then you might want to practice situations where you are comforting a friend who just experienced a loss.
It doesn’t mean that you can’t use Loop for everyday situations, but the more personally meaningful the situations, the more you will get out of it.
