By practicing these visualizations in a more controlled setting, you can learn the skills without having to learn from making all the same mistakes in real life!


You can see various ways the conversation could go, and anticipate different responses. In the end it’s all about building your skills toolbox and your confidence to approach a range of situations.


Once you’ve practiced in the app, you can move to lower-stakes situations in real life. For example, you could role-play a conversation with a friend before doing it with your coworker.


The next step is approaching your situation in real life, but it doesn’t end there. You can learn from the experience, and then come back to the app to practice for your next situation.
